The New Stand

Haris Abdul Rahman in Belkin, Diary, accessories, iPad stand

While at KLCC, having a look at the new MacBook Pro with retina display, another product caught my eye. As I tended to just place my iPad on the table and took it with me onto the couch if I wanted to use it. A stand would not look out of place for the table and the one made by Belkin took my fancy. It was not that expensive and it came with a stylus with a holder. Which was neat.

The stand also allowed me to place the iPad in a couple of positions, propped up either in landscape or portrait orientation, or reclined by placing in on the rubberized base of the stand. Which was great. However, the unit required a separate charger, meaning that it was only a stand, but nothing else.

The stylus came with its own stand, which was nice. However, for some reason, it was not as sensitive, compared to the other styluses I had. It was not as responsive, but I was not sure if it was by design, or I was unlucky to have a bit of a lemon.

I needed a stand to keep my study tidy, so buying one was a no brainer. At the price, it was really reasonable and it looked slick as well. For the price, I could've done a lot worst.

As of this morning, Irfan had called the device his own. He is now using it on his iPad. Looks like I had to get myself a new one.
