The leak which happened last month damaged some of the parquet flooring at my study. They went soggy and I wasn't able to close the door to the toilet fully ever since.
Since we were waiting for the insurance claim to be approved, the repair took long to start. It finally did last week, and the first part was to peel away the flooring, let everything underneath dry off before a replacement be put in.
The final part would only be next week. In the meantime, part of the floor at my study looked rather scary. At least the workers were neat and tidy. There were hardly any mess.
