Haris Abdul Rahman in Ara Damansara Medical Centre, Diary, MSQH, assessment, audit, laboratory, work

It was going to be a big few days for Ara Damansara Medical Centre when the MSQH assessor hit the place for their audit. They had been preparing for a number of months and since I was in charge of the labs, I had to do my bid.

The morning briefing started at around 8 am, which meant that I had to delay my morning rounds. By the time the talk was done, my phone had already been ringing a number of times. I drove back to Subang just about the time when the morning rush hour was dissipating, and was finished by lunch.

Waiting for my afternoon meetingThe morning trafficThen came the time for my interview. The assessor was meticulous but had yet to go through the lab completely. After a 30 minutes chat, she got on with her assessment and I was dismissed for my afternoon rounds back in Subang.

So, it was a day of driving back and forth. Luckily the heavy traffic which was plaguing the Subang Airport Road had eased off following the completion of the LRT line. Back home after the afternoon rounds really made me tired both mentally and physically. Time for an early night trying to convince Idlan to go to sleep early. It would be his English papers tomorrow.
