A Heavy Dose of Sports #1.2 - United v Villa, Sunday 11pm
After a decidedly shaky two weeks, an International break can work for or against you. The best way to beat a losing run is to play football games, but at the same time it can also be a good time for regeneration. United have a home tie on Sunday against Villa who have been in less than a good form lately as well. We have to shake ourselves off of the two defeats. Worst still the sending off from the games means suspensions for Vidic, Scholes and Rooney. What we need to do is score first and try to kill the game early. We may have a problem in attack, with Rooney suspended, Dimi injured and Tevez just touching down after a bruising 6-1 defeat playing for Argentina.
The bottom line is, we still got a solitary game in hand with a single point advantage. Should we win and Liverpool losing to Fulham at Craven Cottage, we will once again open a potential seven points gap. Other important fixtures will be Arsenal entertaining ManCiteh and Chelski away to Newcastle.
Damn Liverpool managed to score at the last minute to go top of EPL by 2 points. United however still have a couple of games in hand. Chelsea is a point behind United after spoiling Alan Shearer return into football by beating the Geordies 2 nil.
