Being a supreme athlete, excelling in my studies and having a warm inter-personnel skill, being rejected by Hogworts left a deep scar in me. Confined to endure the rest of my life as a mere Muggle, not having the chance to explore the life of Magic and Wizardry, I decided to study Medicine.

After graduating from University of Sheffield and completing my MRCP, I returned to Malaysia and since 2004, has been practicing Clinical Haematology at Unversity of Malaya Medical Centre, and since 2011 at Sime Darby Medical Centre, Subang Jaya - now called Subang Jaya Medical Centre.

I am married to Anita, and we havea couple of boys, Idlan and Irfan. I take a mean photograph or two, and a few hundred bad ones. My photography exploits are kept under wraps on my PhotoBlog site. I can also be seen using Macintosh for all my formal work. You can also see me in Facebook and Twitter.
