Super Hot Giant Alien

While I was in front of the TV with my boys flicking the channels, we came across this old favourite of mine, "Dude, Where's my Car?".

A real airhead of a movie with Ashton Kutcher and Seann William Scott sharing the top bill. It was essentially a story in a day of this pair who had just recovered from a big hangover, only to find that Kutcher's car going missing. Off they went looking for the car, revealing what happened the previous night.

Cue in cookie characters and strange happenings, aliens and nerds. Great stuff. After watching the movie, ordering Chinese take out at a drive through never felt the same again. Continuum transfunctioner you asked? You have to watch the love to find out.... And the ending? Yes, the Super Hot Giant Alien will make an appearance!

Easy Afternoon

After the morning clinic, I went straight to the lounge and turned on the TV. And before long, I was fast asleep, waking up right after 2 pm. Time for some referrals and afternoon round, and with the myalgia still in full blast, I drove off to the apartment since I have some paperwork and photocopying to do.

It was nice to have some quite time in the afternoon without much interruptions. And best of all, it was raining heavily outside in Bangsar, leaving me alone in peace with a nice cool breeze.

Work was done, I heated some soup before leaving for Gombak - a drive which took close to an hour due to combination of MRT and rain. My fever came back by the time I reached home. Sigh!

A Tiring Drive

I was about to turn back half way in as I felt rather drained. The heavy traffic, being stuck at the Federal Highway on a standstill did not improve matter, but I persevered. There were plenty needed doing this morning. I pressed on, and hopefully, things would go on smoothly today. Really needed to take things easy.

Taken my paracetamol but could've done with a bit of breakfast. Maybe I'd be able to do later before clinic starts.

Insomnia Myalgia

Irfan had been running a temperature since coming back from school yesterday, even though he was still active and all. And now, I might have caught the bug off him. I woke up in the middle of the night sweating away, with a banging sore throat.

Once I got up - it was around 4 in the morning I thought, I just couldn't get back to sleep. And the room just felt to warm. Half an jour later, I gave up and started surfing the net and tried again to fall asleep. Failure!

Since it was already past 5 in the morning, I gave up. So, it was now time to hot the shower and my muscles were aching. Clinic this morning, but at least I was free in the afternoon. I might pack up early and finish things off after lunch.

Now, where is the paracetamol?

Fergie Time

Finally, Sir Alex's prepared his final team sheet at Old Trafford. The end of an era and all the tribute had been said.

I actually fell asleep during game, but Anita actually stayed up and recorded a the whole celebration for me to see. Bless her!

During all this party, Scholes kept his low profile whole playing his last game at his home ground as well. Media-shy, he slipped in the background while the headlines were being made about Sir Alex and Wayne Rooney's transfer request.

The celebration at the end was pure gold. The speech from Sir Alex indicated that he would be doing his utmost to protect the incoming David Moyes. It was great scene all around. Now, Anita had been has long me to sign up onto MUTV to see the celebration parade live from Manchester City Centre. Good luck to me.
