Waiting for my Tandoori while watching Drogba just scoring a scorching goal

It's Saturday night and in a couple of hours ManYoo will play Bolton at home. It has been my ritual for a number of years now to get a Tandoori takeout in my 2001 Veron ManYoo top before every weekends game. I like to believe that is part of the reason why we win more often than lose.

Tonight is exception follwing the abysmal showing and a late saviour in the form of Ferdinand (of the Anton variety this time), we could've been undone. The perplexing tactical masterstroke of not even puttig Ryan Giggs on the bench on the fateful Sunderland game just goes to show how much we depend on the old guard. It was so worrying to see how many misplaced passes Scholsey played dying the 45 minutes he was on te field. I just pray that it was just a fluke, not a dip in form. The alternative would be either Carrick or Anderson. Both of them are out of form at the minute.

Oops! Aston Villa just scored an equiliser against Chelsea. Things are looking up! Will write after the match if I have Internet access.

We were tasked with bringing cendul and pasembur for Yaya's brithday do. The mamak said that he will be coming at noon, but the worry is there is no sign of him at all just yet. Just worried that he took the day off for Deepavali .... Hahaha!

Meanwhile, Irfan decided against coming. We had to force Idlan and luckily he agreed. The party will start with doa selamat first and the cake cutting will be at 2.

 

Makan dulu!

Since our old maid arrived, we were able to leave Irfan with her when Idlan goes for his music school. Something we were not able to do for the last year. Unfortunately I have yet to find an outlet that has free wifi here at Wangsa Walk Mall. I have to content to use my phone for access and updating my posts.

We had to do some shopping after this as tomorrow will be Yaya's third birthday. The party starts at noon so I will not be able to get the shopping done in the morning. Not sure what to get her and where to get it from yet. I'm sure Anita knows what to do. After all, she is the master when it comes to shopping. Yes! I will be doing the paying, don't worry.

We had dinner later at Madam Kwan at KLCC on Idlan's request. He wanted some nasi goreng. We then headed to Isetan to get the presents for Yaya.
