Chuckles

For some reason, this poster brought out a chuckle. I always had issues with my IT Department for not being able to provide the level of service I expected, push emails, less censorship for social networking sites since most of my patients actually contact me via twitter or Facebook nowadays for advice etc. Now they were having a roadshow.
