Happy New Year

Wishing all my friends, regardless if they are celebrating or not, a Happy Chinese New Year. Gong Xi Fa Chai. Hopefully the new year if the Monkey would bring happiness, wealth and health. Time for me too have a quick rest - although I was expecting an admission later tonight - as I will be on call tomorrow.

Wishing that tomorrow would not as much of a disappointment compared to when I discovered that there were no live telecast of the Superbowl in Malaysia this morning. Kinda spoilt my day although I was happy to YouTube the half time show and learning that Peyton Manning got himself another Superbowl ring.

SuperBowl Morning

I delayed my journey to ParkCity this morning. Why? It was the SuperBowl halftime show and I couldn't resist it. It was Beyonce after all and the show was simply amazing. I didn't think she was lip syncing, but then again I wouldn't have noticed it .....

The show lasted a good 15 minutes leaving everyone breathless. And then came the start of the second half.

Kickoff. 109 yards return. Amazing. Can't top that. But unfortunately I had to leave for the clinic across town. And then the lights at the stadium went off. Game got delayed. Well, it took me 45 minutes to drive to ParkCity as traffic was awful. Maybe everybody stayed back for the halftime show as well ......
