While I'm stuck in the ward
Life is just cruel. The weather was so nice and sunny outside while I'm in te ward listening to patients complaining about this and that. Serves me right I guess. Sapa suruh nak jadi Doktor!

Luckily I did not have to physically do anything as the Paediatricians are on hand. It went smoothly.
Looking forward to another hectic but productive Thursday! There is marrow mobilisation scheduled for the morning, so leaving soon for UMMC. It is not very often that we require the actual bone marrow as source for stem cells. The donor today is only a young child, hence with the help of our Paediatician colleague, we will be heading for the operation theatre soon.
Brought my Dad today for his 3 monthly chest appointment. He was happy at being told that he is OK even though the fact that he continues to smoke did not help matters.
While here, he took the chance to visit his brother. My Uncle is doing very well following the operations on Monday. He is still hooked up on the epidural but there were no signs of complications. He is having physio at the moment but his spirits are up.
Now waiting for my Dad's inhalers and medications. Back to work after.
The weather has been sombre all day but fortunately I was busy indoors. It's one of the days that I wished that I was working instead of it ring a holiday. Just completing my ward chores and awaiting for one last review before giving my Uncle a visit. It's home after that, and preparing for some work I need to do in Klang tomorrow afternoon.
My Uncle went through the operation without much complications today. Alhamdulillah.
