Idlan back in Subang

Idlan had another temperature spike last night and early this morning. Everybody was concerned and with neighbours and friends recently having dengue, we couldn't take any risks.

Off we went to Subang for blood tests. And there was where the drama started. Idlan started screaming and shouting. I had become famous at the hospital now with my children antics.

Alhamdulillah, the dengue test came back negative and we went home happy. Not before leaving an impression though. Hopefully the need for blood tests firmly boys would only come when they were older. Just couldn't take anymore of these stress.

Keeping Faith

Another Saturday night. Another night of football. Another loss.

This is becoming a habit lately. And this can't continue.

We are getting left behind. Too many upsets. And what more upsetting was the way we responded going behind. It was no surprise that we didn't have an answer when United went behind to Newcastle earlier. We just withered and lost our shape. There was no spirit. And that was a worry.

Moysey is a perfectly decent manager. He has potential and eventually things spill turn OK. Will he has time to turn the ship around? And in time not to miss the Champions League spot next season?

United had been blessed for many years under the stewardship of Sir Alex. So much so, that the average supporter had forgotten what it is like to not have things turning out their way week in and week out. These are trying times. These are the time for us to be tested as fans. Those who want to bail, please do so now. The team is more important than individuals.

Let's suffer together for the time being. WE ALL FOLLOW UNITED.

Old Routine

Finally reached home at teatime after last night's call. Idlan had a fever for the past couple of nights which I suspected he picked up from his grandfather. But he was still active and finishing his meals which is great.

When I reached home, the two boys were causing havoc at the living room. Idlan was running naked around the room! And I think the nightmare would go on until later tonight. At least there would be football later ...

Paintwork

The whole of the ICU at the hospital smelt of paint. And the smell was overwhelming. Imagine if you were sick and wake out onto the corridor ...

It looked like the painting had gone onto overdrive in the last week. Good thing they had those signs posted everywhere. Should you got paint on you shirt, you would definitely be asking for it ...

Go Fleksy

I thought I would give this app a go after reading about it on the RED feed. A few suitor though that I may have to get used to. But it was almost similar to the Blackberry OS 10.

I must confess that I am a fan of the Blackberry software keyboard and Fleksy seemed to be a great addition.

Typing speed was definitely faster and the autocorrection algorithm was excellent. Much better than the stock iOS. In fact, I would be as bold as suggesting that Apple should acquire this product and integrate it into the iOS as a standard input.

It worked much better on the Android architecture as it appeared as the default keyboard. There was no such thing for the iOS though. For Apple, we had to do the typing input in the app and copy and paste it onto where you want to place the text. Cumbersome. As a result, I wasn't able to use it for tweeting. Such a shame!

For the time being, I would be mainly using it on my Android device. Have to develop some muscle memories before able to adept it fully.
