Game Time

With the boys locked in their consoles the whole day, I decided to join then after dinner last night. We played a volleyball game in the Xbox with me partnering Idlan. For the game, the Kinect unit would read our gestures, meaning the movements were just like when you were actually playing the game.

I was OK on the first game. But by the time I finished the third, I was already sweating and dizzy! Not a bad way to exercise really. But best bot do it straight after dinner. There was a risk of finding the dinner on the floor before long.

Would definitely be giving it another go later this afternoon.

All Day Gaming Session

The boys were really enjoying their time off. They were both happy to have their cousin brother around. They slept with him in Idlan's room, not waking up until almost the afternoon. Then, they started another game console session until Anita chased them into the bathroom.

Feeding them lunch was also a challenge! They had just finished tucking into their lunch when I arrived for lunch. By the time I left for the afternoon clinic, they were back at it!

I was sure it would continue until tomorrow .....

Sunday!!!

I was at the hospital until three in the morning, and woke up early to start the rounds so that I would be able to enjoy some family time during lunch.

It was a long morning indeed. Went to Subang, and then ParkCity. Picked up my Mum and Dad before heading back to the apartment to pick up Anita and the boys.

Off we went to Marche. My nephew came along and would be spending the weekend at the apartment with the boys.

Lunch was nice. After sending my parents off, we went to do some groceries at BSC, hanging around a bit more. Unfortunately, I had to go back to the hospital to see an admission.

Better get to bed early tonight as I would be on call tomorrow. Fireworks were still blaring outside. The boys and Imran were still playing in the room. They would be sleeping in Idlan's room tonight. It is going to be havoc!!!!!

Games Night

So, Irfan wanted me to set up both the PS3 and 360 at his room at the apartment. He had been bugging me all morning. After the movie trip in the evening, I obliged. And for the past one and a half hour, both Irfan and Idlan had been camped in the room, playing with the Kinect unit. Both of them covered with sweat!

Since they had just finished their end-of-year exam, this would be a respite. They would skip Monday and only be back in school on Wednesday. We would be staying at the apartment until Tuesday, since I would be on call on Monday. Not far for me to travel.

As for me and Anita, it would be football night tonight. United would be away at Fulham! GGMU!

Happy Deepavali

Wishing all my Hindu friends a very Happy Deepavali. I was still up at this hour with all the fireworks going off around my apartment area. They started just before midnight and it was still going strong now at two in the morning. With tomorrow being holidays and my boys already fast asleep, I didn’t really mind at all.

Actually an excuse for me to stay up this late …..
