The Track

I had still to use my Fenix 2 for fitness. With the combination of busy days and hazy weather, I had yet to take the watch out for a spin.

Maybe I would be using it a lot more when I walk in Penang. With my camera of course. Hopefully the weather there would be nice ....

So, once the watch record the walk, the data would be uploaded into the cloud and could later be shared using a GPX file format. That way, you could open it in Google Earth, or in this case, an app called ConnectStat. You can then track your activity at the click of a button.

Deepavali decorations at Pavilion

Passed through the Pavilion on the way to the bank and was quite impressed that the decors were already up. Pretty colourful and nice. Now off to Bukit Bintang and Low Yat!

Highly recommended if you are a photo freak. I actually wanted to look for a GPS unit as I found it cumbersome to use my E71 for navigation. I needed something portable and useable when driving in KL. The one I got my eye on was the Garmin nuvi765. One of the salesperson offered me for RM1300 but after talking to him for 5 minutes, it was pretty clear that he did not know what he was talking about, so decided against parting with my cash.
