Happy Sunday Morning

Stayed in bed just that bit longer after what had been a busy week. And I will be on call again tomorrow, so better enjoy it while I could. I still had to do downward round this morning, but this being Sunday, I could just take my time.

My Mum stayed with us for the weekend, and I could here Anita and her chatting away preparing breakfast. All the children were still asleep after only going to bed way past midnight last night. Just after I return from seeing my ICY admission.

Let's Putt at Mini Putt

Another busy day at the office this being Saturday. And for the afternoon, I joined Anita at nearby Citta Mall as the boys joined their classmates from school for a spot of miniature golf.

The venue was on the first floor of the complex, in a cute little establishment called Mini Putt.

Julia trying out her luckThis hole may turn out to be my favouriteIt has 18 holes complete with the obligatory obstacles. Some cute ones, some pretty basic. All in good fun. Prize was rather steep though. RM 10 for children and double that for adults.

They have all you need there, the balls and putter of course of various sizes. The children really enjoyed it. Maybe one could organise a birthday party there. Hmmm! That's an idea...

Lost Week

Unbelievable. The last time I blogged was on Monday. That was four days ago. What had happened in the last four days?

We settled at the apartment. I had a busy call. Had to catch on some sleep. And making preparations as my Mum and Sister coming to stay with us at the apartment this weekend. The week just passed by like a blur.

Then my colleague would be on leave during Xmas. Looking forward to another busy couple of week, following which we plan to go for a short break. And I would be taking a few days of for rest and chill.

Now, back to the ward round...

Rush Hour

Just realised how busy the road in front of the apartment was during rush hour. It was a nightmare. Luckily it took me only 20 minutes to drive in as it was against the traffic, but I could imagine the headache should I be called in at this hour. I guessed the patient would have to wait then.

The boys had settled in nicely and Anita insisted on cooking tonight. We would be staying until after dinner as we might be taking a drive to get some yogurt and desserts later. Fancied something sweet. Luckily the drive would only 10 minutes.

As for now, I might as well enjoy some peace and quiet before the Maghrib prayers.

Monday Morning

So, it was a commute with a difference. The journey only took 15 minutes this morning as I travelled from the apartment. Relaxing drive. And bathed in glorious morning sunshine as well.

Off to Park City for the clinic there - patient turned up late - and hence waiting at the Lounge at the moment, enjoying a bit of morning television.
