It was public holidays today. Last night, we jus stayed at the hotel after a nice early dinner at a restaurant in town. The food was actually quite good and we arrived back at the room with our tummies full. The next thing to do was just to chill, watch the TV and sleep.
The boys loved it as they could just stay on the room without needing to do anything. Great holiday plan as far as they were concerned. Forget about going for night safari or anything like that.
So, we woke up this morning refreshed. Irfan was still in bed while Idlan was staring at the TV. Anita and I ventured into town to get breakfast. Being Tuesday, the main market was not opened like they do on Sundays. So! The choices were limited. The food was still good ... and cheap though.
I had one of the best bowl of mee hailam I had ever had just now, at a stall in town. That should keep me going until lunch.
Now that breakfast was sorted, I quite like the idea of walking into town with my camera. Some of the old shophouses there were just begging to be snapped!
Good Rest
I didn't catch the second half of the matches last night I was afraid. I was drifting away right after I blogged. Only managed to keep up with the results this morning.
Congrats to Citeh. We would be loaning the trophy across time for the season. Would be claiming it back this time next year. Or maybe a couple of months earlier.
As for the Liverpool supporters. Tough luck. Unfortunately you had the best chance this year. No guarantee that you could reach the same height next season.
Let's see what's my plan for today. First order of business .... breakfast!
