On the day I returned from the US, Irfan had been bugging me to help him plant some seeds he bought from Cameron Highlands the week before. He bought a handful of them, and planted everything the same afternoon.
After a couple of months, only the sunflower survived, but the pot it was planted into might be a touch too small. Would need to move it soon and plant it on a proper bed ......

An unexpected surprise. Puan Anita and the boys joined me today at the apartment during my call. It looked like we would be spending the weekend there. The first time at the new place for the troupe.
Dinner was pretty simple. Take out from Chicken Rice Shop. But soon after, I had to head back to the hospital for an evening rounds of admission.
Looking forward to the rest of the weekend.

On call today. And was called in last night. As the call came by around midnight, I decided against returning to Gombak and spent the night at the apartment instead. And I was treated with a glorious sunrise this morning straight into my bedroom.
Shame that I had to go to work early this morning. I would have loved to have a nice cup of coffee, enjoying the sumptuous morning. Well, I have to go earn a living .......

So, the Internet had been moved to the new unit from the old one. Fibre system, and clocked at 30 Mbs, with no cap - well, at least for the moment. The fibre also supply the IPTV for my apartment, and at the moment the speed I was getting was really great.
Downloading movie from my iTunes account only took a few minutes. But the problem I had at the moment was my internet repeater causing delays and cutting down on the download speed. But still, I was getting great speed. However, nowhere near the raw speed I was getting into my study room.

It the past week, Anita had been coming to the apartment almost everyday. She had been cleaning the place and getting ideas about doing the place up. And on days such as today, I would try to join her there, and have lunch with her.
Most of the cleaning were done, and now she had moved on to the next phase. Decorating. Now, that would be the expensive part. Anyhow, I have got the internet and cable TV sorted out. The bills were also done, and we were looking forward to spend some time here. So far, it was only me who had spent a night here, and as I would be on call again tomorrow, I would be spending time here again.
